I love this bag and the way it is laid out. But after only 4 days of use, the strap completely broke off. the threads in the seam came undone and it is now unusable. very disappointing.

Looks bigger than it actually holds. Not as many spaces as I imagined, however it looks nice, has the ability to hold like a suitcase, seems durable and is comfortable.

It's an awesome bag and I appreciate the unusual pocket design (the rear pocket is the largest instead of the front being the typical larger one). The frustrating element is that the website description says it is a 30L bag, but printed right on the front of the bag it clearly states "21.9L Capacity"

Looks great and feels comfortable on my back. It doesn't have a lot of pockets for organization inside, so I use a GRID-IT!® Accessory Organizer in the large compartment. The pocket on top is nice and big for clothes and/shoes. Unfortunately, this compartment ripped too easily. I'm only storing clothes in it so hopefully the tear won't get worse. Other than this defect, this backpack is amazing in looks and practicality! My backpack collection is ever-growing, but I think this'll be my go-to for a little while.

I thought this would be a great travel backpack because of the additional shoe storage. However, the top pushes everything else down, so if you have a full backpack the top storage is just for show. My main complaint is where are the additional pockets? The straps on it take up most of the backpack so this is just a vanity waste of money. I do like the color, but I won’t be using it for what I intended, and unfortunately I can’t return.

Bought this backpack two months ago. Barely worn the bag. When I used it yesterday, the fabric strap that was connecting the backpack strap and the actual backpack broke by itself as the picture shown here when I had my laptop in the backpack. The laptop took a huge hit on the ground. When I called the customer service, the lady that was helping me had a nice attitude and offered me solutions to this problem. Will keep updating the progress on this issue.

The quality of the backpack and graphics on it are great. Plenty of compartments to stow items. However, with the shoe compartment at the top, coupled with gravity, this backpack did not work out for me (no pun intended). I carry a 40 oz Hydro Flask with me to the gym and attempting to fit my shoes in the top and my Hydro Flask in the main compartment is more difficult to achieve.

Got this on sale and it is now my travel bag as my family and I got on multiple vacations a year
