bought these three weeks ago and worn them four times, loved them at first felt like I was walking on air but while I was walking on the treadmill I started feeling a pinch on the insides of my shoes, took them off and realized the insoles were going inward.
UnderArmour has become my favorite brand, minus this shoe. I am a D1 athlete, so my training can be intense. I got these shoes after losing my season to elbow surgery. I wanted them to be my blood, sweat, and respect shoes that I wore for my training as I got back to competition, but these shoes gave out. I only wore them in the weight room. They were great for the first three months; however my first three months after surgery were low intensity due to my rehab protocol. Once my training picked up the inside heel in these shoes began to tear. They are no longer wearable because the heel has shredded through some plastic, which has cut up my heel. These shoes barely made it 6 months, now I now longer wear them. For the price of these shoes, I was hoping for great durability. They are comfortable, fit great, but their performance could not hold up. I did not take much for these shoes to break down. I take care of my shoes, especially if they are white. I did not abuse these shoes, that would be my fault.
The shoes were comfortable but they are not good at all they ripped with the first week I got them and already won’t down very cheap don’t buy these
This is the 3rd pair of Project Rock shoes I have purchased, up until this point I've had no issues with comfort, reliability, quality, etc. Bought these shoes recently as an every day shoe to wear around town, they arrived quickly and they look sharp. The fit was dead on. The first few days I was in heaven, these shoes were so comfortable, gave me great support to help my knees and back, and they were well on the way to becoming my favorite shoes to wear. About two weeks in with regular use, I started getting a sharp pain on my heel, and I took my shoe off to discover I had a huge blister on the back of my heel which had rubbed raw. The cause? About a 1 inch hole had opened up in the back of my shoe, causing the plastic in the shoe to rub into my skin with every step. The fabric and padding had completely worn away, and there was a gaping hole left with ragged edges. Upon checking the reviews, I see I'm not the only one that had this problem. I have no problem with shoes breaking down after a lengthy period, wear shoes all day every day and you're bound to have some issues somewhere. I didn't even make it TWO WEEKS. I've had another pair of Project Rocks that I work out with almost daily for 3 years with not a single issue... so not sure what happened here but man I'm not happy. Not saying you're going to have the same issue but beware, this seems to be a recurring problem with this style.
Athletes that work out have bigger feet than a size 13. That’s the biggest size any of his new shoes go to. This is a shame. The Rocks collection needs bigger sizes.
I purchased this shoe 5 months ago and wear them exclusively in the gym. I do weight training 5 days a week and occasionally perform steady state cardio on an inclined treadmill. I purposely didn’t wear these shoes on leg day to help preserve the lifespan but they have already fallen apart. The sole has came unglued and they rub my heels raw to the point of bleeding sometimes after just 5 months! Definitely would NOT recommend for anyone who enjoys training in or out of the gym.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t tell you how they are, they were way to small
I’ve had these shoes for literally not more then 2 months and the heel fabric has worn down to where there is now plastic slicing into my heel. Does ANYONE make good shoes anymore? I mean come on, it’s not like I wore these everywhere I went.
I bought this bsr thinking it was going to be comfortable and it wasent such a disappointment it’s just a hype
Nice shoe but could not get my wide foot through the opening to the toe box. Great for someone with medium to narrow foot. Had to return.
